Executive message from Chief Executive Officer Jarom Webb

As we celebrate ASEA’s 15th anniversary, I am excited to share our vision for the future—a vision shaped by innovation, growth, and an unwavering commitment to our associates across the world.

In the evolving landscape of our industry—where some companies are retreating from the direct sales channel—we recognize the challenges ahead. At the same time, we see tremendous opportunity as our unique strengths position us for success. With our groundbreaking redox technology and products, loyal global field leaders and associates, and a rich 15-year history, we have created a foundation of stability and scalability that sets us apart. More than just a company, we are a force for good, with a culture and ethos deeply rooted in our values and our commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of everyone who comes into contact with our global organization.

As I look ahead as ASEA CEO, one of my primary goals is to establish ASEA as a sustainable legacy company. Together with our senior leadership team, we are dedicated to our associates’ success through our existing direct sales distribution model. Our strategy will focus on cultivating healthy organic growth in each of our open markets, leveraging next-generation redox products, and making significant investments to enhance the ASEA business opportunity for our associates. Together, we will not only maintain our success but amplify it, transforming challenges into opportunities.

I feel so strongly about our potential that ASEA Founder and Chair Tyler Norton and I issued a press release last week to more than 1,000 media outlets outlining our vision to power that potential. I invite you to read that release.
